Check which operation you need
Changing a sign-in email, leaving an organization, deleting an organization and exporting data are separate operations with different scopes and permission requirements. Check the selected organization and your account identity before starting any request.
Account Settings includes privacy request history and export/deletion controls in the source. A request row or success notice is not proof that a complete export file was delivered or that every applicable record was erased. Membership paths also exist in source; leaving an organization is not equivalent to deleting your account or cancelling billing.
Current limits
Complete customer journeys for these operations remain unaccepted under #1218 and related privacy/export work. Until an operation is explicitly available and verified in your workspace, contact Civitas with the scope you need rather than repeatedly submitting destructive requests. Do not create a duplicate account to work around an email-change problem.
The approximately 30-day commercial export window and later deletion are conditional intentions, subject to retention obligations and implementation. This guide supplies no automatic export, guaranteed deletion deadline or blanket compliance finding. Existing accounts and history must be preserved unless a separately authorized operation applies.
