CIVITAS TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Civitas platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. USE OF SERVICE

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. POLITICAL CONTRIBUTIONS

All political contributions made through the Service are subject to Federal Election Commission (FEC) regulations. By making a contribution, you certify that:

  • You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • The contribution is made from your own funds and not from funds provided by another person
  • You are not a federal contractor
  • You are not a foreign national

4. PRIVACY

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Service are the property of Civitas LLC or its licensors.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CIVITAS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States of America.
