No automatic trial at launch
The approved new-customer offer is paid Pro at $99 per month with 10 seats, for individuals and teams. There is no automatic 14-day free trial for paid Pro or the pilot. This replaces the older trial proposal associated with #1190; this URL is kept stable so existing help links can explain the current decision.
The initial 3–5 Indiana design partners can discuss Pro at $50 per month with 10 seats, month-to-month, with that exact rate grandfathered for the lifetime of the service. Enterprise is quoted; contact us. Optional onboarding assistance does not create a free-trial entitlement.
Current limits
Checkout and paid access remain unavailable. Creating or verifying an account does not activate a subscription or start a trial timer. Existing Free accounts and historical records are preserved; there is no approved new-customer Free signup offer or automatic migration of existing accounts. If an older screen or message mentions a trial, ask support to clarify the actual account state before relying on it. Read current pilot availability.
