Current workflow
The list's source currently adds a selected catalog bill from search. A complete paste-many or bulk-import workflow is not available as an accepted customer journey. This stable article slot will be updated when #1226 supplies that workflow and its verification.
For now, open the intended list, search for one catalog bill, check its jurisdiction and session, add it and confirm the saved row. Repeat for each bill. Keep a small checklist of identifiers and compare it with the reopened docket so a failed or repeated add is visible.
Current limits
Do not assume that a multi-row file upload, a menu label or an endpoint implies a supported bulk-add flow. A private manual entry is a separate record, not a replacement for a missing catalog match or evidence of official coverage. Use a personal list if the manual-entry option is needed and available. If your task requires a large import, contact Civitas to discuss availability; no completion time or automatic import is promised here.
