Build and share a bill list

Create a personal or organization list, add records and check a public link before sharing it.

Create the list

  1. In LegiTrack Lists, choose New list. Give it a name that describes the issue, client or review scope.
  2. Choose Personal for a list private to its creator, or Shared with your organization for organization access. A public link is a separate choice when the workspace supports it.
  3. Choose Create list, open its docket and add catalog bills. Check that each saved row has the intended jurisdiction and session.
  4. Review the scope badge. Organization sharing and a public live link are different access choices. For a public link, use Create live link or Live link, then check the resulting tracking sheet before copying the URL to a recipient.

Current limits

Public links depend on the workspace's available sharing service and permissions. A failed link creation can leave the list saved without a usable public link. Treat a public URL as accessible to anyone who receives it; review the content first and use the available revoke control when it should no longer be shared. Email update prepares a draft; it does not send email.
