Reports and exports

Inspect the reporting window and export scope before treating a spreadsheet as a complete record.

Inspect and export

  1. Open LegiTrack Reports and choose the Reporting window and state filter. Confirm the lists, tracked items, activity and organization positions match the scope you need.
  2. If reporting data is unavailable, choose Try Again and wait for a successful response before using the totals. An error panel is not a zero-activity report.
  3. In the web app, choose Export CSV to download catalog bills. Open the file and check its bill identities, row coverage and date range before sharing it.
  4. Use a list's Email update for a reviewed narrative. Check saved notes and positions, then inspect the draft before copying it. For a print action, use the browser's print dialog; if it does not open, use the available retry and preserve unsaved text.

Current limits

The web report's CSV covers catalog bills and excludes private manual entries. A report containing tracked items therefore need not have the same record scope as its CSV. Browser printing is not a backend export or an email send. Available fields and source freshness need separate confirmation at the official source.
