Share a tracking sheet or bill review with a client

Review a public tracking link or bill review and distinguish preparing an update from sending it.

Prepare the handoff

  1. Open the list and review its scope, bill identities, tracking notes and positions. Use Live link or Create live link only when your workspace offers that action.
  2. Check the resulting tracking sheet before copying its URL. Anyone receiving a public URL may be able to read it; organization sharing alone is a different access choice.
  3. For a bill review, inspect the selected text and annotations and use only the sharing controls actually available. Verify the intended audience before publishing any notes.
  4. Use Email update to prepare the list's client update. Review the generated text, jurisdiction, session, position and reporting window before copying it into your own email workflow.
  5. Use the available revoke action if a public link should no longer be accessible, and check the result.

Current limits

Preparing, copying or printing a draft does not send it. A link operation may fail while leaving the underlying list saved. Reader notes kept in your browser are not automatically published review notes. Sharing availability and permissions require a workspace check; this source guide supplies no hosted publish/revoke acceptance proof.
