Compose and review
- Open PolicySense Briefs after pinning findings in the reader. Select an existing draft or New brief, add a title and place findings into the appropriate sections.
- Add your explanation and review source-document attribution. Wait for the saved-draft status; retry a failed save before relying on the brief.
- Choose Preview and review every section as your recipient would. The source offers Download PDF through browser printing and Copy as rich text for a manual handoff.
- Review the Include internal findings in my export option. Internal findings should be included only for an appropriate recipient; a private export choice does not authorize public publication.
- If a public link is available and appropriate, choose Publish share link, inspect the result, and use Copy link only after success. Use Update link for a changed brief or Revoke when it should no longer be public.
Current limits
Findings or draft read failures pause the canvas. Copying and printing do not send a brief. Public links require actual service availability and permission checks; this guide has no hosted publish/revoke walkthrough. Review all consequential wording against the original documents.
